Property Maintenance, Insurance and Repair

 

Common Repairs

We instruct repairs to common parts of the property e.g. roof, gutters, main water pipes and downpipes.

We do not deal with private repairs e.g. leaking pipes within flats, central heating systems and branches into downpipes.

 

Regular  Inspections

We inspect all common areas including entryways, stairs, roof and roof spaces.

We do not request entry to private areas such as individual flats.

 

Gardening

We maintain the common garden areas e.g. at the back of tenement properties where requested by the co-owners.

We don't maintain front gardens that are the private property of ground floor flats.
