Due to the ongoing Covid-19 Pandemic we have taken the decision not to carry out our annual property inspections this year to protect both our clients and ourselves.  We have not taken this decision lightly and we hope you all understand our predicament.  With this being said, if any owner has a concern at their property and would like us to come out and inspect a specific area, we would arrange a date and time to attend.  We would only be entering one property per day to keep the risk of contracting or spreading the virus to a minimum.

COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

Following the most recent advice from the Government regarding the ongoing COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak we have taken further steps to ensure the safety of our staff, clients and contractors. Our office is now closed for three weeks with only a few key senior personnel coming into the office at limited times to ensure that office based processes can continue.  Our staff will continue working from home and if you have to contact us please email us at info@dandiscott.co.uk or use the “Contact Us” form on our website.  However, please understand that our service levels are dependent on contractors who may also be impacted at this difficult time.  We understand that some contractors will be closing down for the three week period.  If you require a contractor for an emergency please visit the “Emergency Contacts” page on our website at https://dandiscott.co.uk/emergency-contacts/ This is a developing situation that can change rapidly and we will update this information if there are any further changes that may impact on the delivery of our services.  We hope that you and your loved ones stay safe amidst the ongoing coronavirus outbreak.
